Mediation Services

DIVORCE MEDIATION

  • For partners/spouses who have made the decision to separate and/or divorce. See Divorce Mediation for more information.

POST-DIVORCE MEDIATION

  • Divorce does not always resolve every issue, and life circumstances change. If you and your former spouse are dealing with unresolved matters or new conflicts around parenting, expense sharing, college decisions, or other issues, mediation offers a constructive way to work through them without the need for attorneys or court involvement. It can also be a useful tool when a parenting plan needs to be updated as children grow older.

COUPLES MEDIATION

  • For partners/spouses who wish to strengthen their relationship rather than end it. Couples mediation gives you the chance to set goals, communicate more effectively, and reach meaningful agreements about the things that matter most to you. As a short-term process focused on building new ways of working together and resolving specific conflicts, it is different from couples counseling or therapy and can sometimes be a valuable complement to it.

FAMILY MEDIATION

  • For members of a family (including adult siblings, parents and adult children, etc.) who wish to resolve disputes regarding living arrangements, loan repayment, elder care, estates and inheritances, division of property, next steps for a family business, and more. Family mediation can also help with intergenerational conflicts, including situations where grandparents are seeking more time with grandchildren.

WORKPLACE MEDIATION

  • For colleagues, teams, and organizations navigating conflict in professional settings. Workplace mediation can help resolve disputes and rebuild a sense of respect among colleagues.

OTHER MEDIATION

  • Mediation services are also available for business partners, roommates, and others in conflict. Please contact me to discuss whether your situation is a good fit.

CONFLICT COACHING

  • Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process for anyone who wants support navigating a difficult conflict in their life - whether at work, at home, or in a relationship. It can help you prepare for a challenging conversation, decide how to respond to a difficult situation, or work through the emotional and practical dimensions of an ongoing dispute. Conflict coaching is available as a standalone service or as a complement to mediation, whether you are working with me or another mediator.
